PROJECT
Agir Écoute

Droit Pluriel runs free legal clinics and training programs in response to a clear issue: people with disabilities are frequently confronted with breaches of their rights and inadequate support — disability accounting for 22% of discrimination complaints received by France’s Défenseur des droits in 2024, a position it has held for eight consecutive years.
These difficulties are especially pronounced for people living with mental health conditions. The association has built a dedicated track focused on the intersection of legal rights and mental health, anchored in enhanced free legal clinics staffed jointly by a lawyer and a psychologist, alongside support groups and a mobile team operating across Île-de-France.
In practice, this project strengthens access to rights through support that is more accessible and better coordinated with patients’ care pathways.
