Prévention Suicide France
France’s first national association dedicated to suicide prevention, PSF was founded on a simple observation: grassroots efforts lacked a unifying voice to structure and amplify them.
Founded in 2024, the association’s work rests on two pillars — funding and supporting innovative initiatives through calls for projects, and making suicide an issue the public and policymakers can no longer ignore, working closely with established players in the field (UNPS, GEPS).
In practice, PSF provides methodological and financial support to the most promising initiatives, shares best practices across the national network, and builds greater visibility for a major public health issue. Its first call for projects has already supported four high-potential organizations nationwide.
