PROJECT
Mobipsy 75

Youth placed under France’s Child Welfare Services (Aide Sociale à l’Enfance, ASE) often present significant psychiatric needs, yet remain difficult to support within conventional care settings due to life paths marked by disruption, frequent changes in living arrangements, and recurring crises.
Mobipsy 75 is a mobile team dedicated to ASE-placed youth aged 0 to 21 in Paris. It intervenes directly in their living environments — group homes, foster families, hospitals, or schools — to provide diagnosis, psychiatric care, and mobile support.
The project involves creating a respite space in Montreuil for youth aged 11 to 21, complementing the mobile team’s work. Inspired by crisis houses and soteria houses, it will offer an alternative to hospitalization and a secure setting to bring together resources around the young person, ease tensions, and provide tailored support: peer support groups, open dialogue sessions, and body- and art-based mediation.
