PROJECT
PsyHub
Lille University Hospital hosts PsyHub, an integrated centre for access, support and stimulation in mental health and suicide prevention. The centre aims at becoming a hub for innovation in psychiatry, thanks to the collaboration with all the players in the field. This is also helping to revitalise, structure and modernise the national suicide prevention strategy, by bringing together and encouraging interaction between all the players involved in setting up a suicide prevention organisation.
Lille University Hospital is also the unit responsible for the operational roll-out of the national suicide prevention number, 3114, which became operational on October 1st, 2021.
The project is led by the psychiatry, forensic medicine and prison medicine unit of the Lille University Hospital Centre, one of the largest health campuses in Northern Europe.
