For more than 75 years, the OVE Foundation has supported the inclusion of people with disabilities and the vulnerable, and their right be able to live independently in an environment of their choosing. The foundation aims to help modernize the healthcare system in France. It currently supports 5,900 children, teenagers and adults in 110 residential care homes establishments and services.

The Erie Foundation is supporting the OVE Foundation in an experimental project to develop a mobile medical-psychology team for more than 1,500 unaccompanied minors. The team offers free, long-term medical and psychological on-site support and monitoring, from Monday to Friday, in schools, training centers, and on the street. It always takes into account the culture of the those needing help and any drug addiction problems they may have.
