Based in Switzerland, PositiveMinders aims to promote, facilitate and enable projects run by mental health professionals. The association works to reduce the stigma around mental illness through awareness-raising programs in schools and high-profile digital campaigns targeted towards young people. It also offers training courses in the form of webinars, online learning programs and conferences to tackle targeted issues (relationships, staying out of danger, addictions, work, etc.) in a relaxed and positive environment.
The Erie Foundation supports the implementation of the BoostMinders project to enable the association to develop and sustain its work by becoming more professional and developing a fundraising strategy. The project’s objective is to boost efforts to destigmatize mental health issues, as well as expand in France and internationally to create a genuine citizen-led movement which promotes mental wellbeing.
