Project “SESAME”

Institut Montaigne

Currently being developed in the Yvelines region, the SESAME project aims to demonstrate the feasibility of the collaborative care model, through the integration of mental health into general practice and the management of mental illness by GPs. This method offers an innovative approach that provides access to care for all, and a preventive approach that focuses on screening and early treatment.

An independent think tank founded in 2000, the Institut Montaigne is a platform for reflection, proposals and experimentation devoted to public policy in France.
